Our day training programs are a fantastic hybrid between a board and train program and a private lesson program. You will drop off your dog in the morning for a day of training, play, and socialization, and then pick up a tired, happy dog in the evening. After your dog’s Mon-Fri training, you will get some video homework on things to work on with your pup over the weekend, and each program includes follow up in-person lessons to go over everything that your dog has learned. We have multiple options to suit your dog’s age, needs, and your budget.
Puppy Day Train
Our puppy day train is a 5 day train program that introduces your puppy to all of the manners and obedience behaviors that they should have to be a well rounded family companion. This program is available for any puppy over 12 weeks of age and under 6 months of age. We cover: sit, down, place, come, loose leash walking, and manners work (don’t jump, don’t bite and mouth, let go of items when asked, etc). Puppies at this age are also very impressionable and they are in a critical socialization window. This program allows your puppy to be exposed to safe, vaccinated dogs, people who know how to correctly greet and interact with puppies, and different sights and sounds, walking on slick or unsteady floors, and other aspects of important lifelong socialization.
Because we know daycare and having a tired puppy is really beneficial for busy working puppy owners, we do offer discounted follow up weeks for puppies who have already been through our initial day train program.

Basic Manners Day Train
This day train program is built for dogs over 6 months of age who just need some general manners and to learn to be more polite. This program covers the general nuisance behaviors that people encounter, and helps your dog learn right from wrong and understand what is expected of them in these situations. Behaviors covered in this program are: jumping on guests, door bolting, counter surfing, barking at the door, pulling on leash, and we are happy to discuss other behaviors you have and whether they are able to be covered in this day train program. This program includes all training equipment, which will vary depending on the dog and their individual personality, but this is the one adult dog program we offer where a remote collar is not included.

On Leash Obedience
This program covers really solid on leash obedience around distractions. This program is for dogs 6 months and up, and includes all of the manners work from the above program, while also incorporating obedience commands and behaviors: sit, down, stay, place, heel, wait, and coming when called in a fenced area or on a long line. This program is split into two 5 day sections in back to back weeks, so your dog will be home over the weekend to enjoy time with you and the family. You will get video homework the Friday of the first week to give you things to work on over the weekend so that you can stay involved with your dog’s training and follow along closely with their progress. This program also includes 2 field trips in your dog’s 2nd week to work on their new skills around distractions in a public park.
10 Day Program-$1500

Off Leash Obedience
This program covers great manners, on leash obedience, as well as reliable off leash obedience. This program is for dogs 6 months and up, and included everything in the above program in addition to having off leash reliability for all of those behaviors, with even more field trip sessions. Dogs in this program get a whole additional week of field trips and exposure to different environments, including parks and pet friendly stores. This is the day train equivalent of our extremely popular Distraction Program board and train option. This is also the program option we recommend for dogs struggling with leash reactivity.
15 Day Program-$2100
