Mimi is an AKC registered Australian Cattle dog who was bred by a local breeder who had two decades of experience breeding these dogs for herding and conformation. Mimi has been home raised and is well traveled, having spent time out on the show dog circuit. She is extremely friendly and very affectionate with people, and is happy to do any activity you enjoy as long as she can be there with you. Like all of our fully trained dogs for sale, Mimi has been extensively socialized, is great with people, has been great with our cat, and is non-reactive to other dogs.
Mimi is a medium energy ACD, but she does enjoy being able to stretch her legs and run. She would be an excellent choice of companion for someone who enjoys running or outdoors activities where she can tag along as a running or hiking buddy. Her extensive obedience training means that she is a dream to have out in public and is very enjoyable to have as part of your activities.
Mimi is also genetically clear for breed specific eye conditions, and her parents have their hip and elbow clearances, giving you multiple generations of healthy genetics behind her. She is up to date on her vaccinations and preventative care, and will be spayed before joining her new owner.
Mimi is excellent on leash, with a reliable heel command on and off leash, and she is used to performing this behavior around all kinds of distractions, including people and other dogs. She is e-collar conditioned and has a reliable off leash recall. Mimi can perform sit stays and down stays, a place command, has an excellent wait at doors, and is polite when greeting new people. Mimi will load into the car on command, and loves to go on car rides with you. Her house manners are excellent, and she has a nice off switch in the house when her exercise needs are met.
Mimi is available to go home at the end of December 2025.
